  • David Elliot
    David is headteacher of Archbishops School, Canterbury, was headteacher of New Line Learning Academy for four years until 2016. He has been an Educational Consultant, including carrying out roles for KCC and The Education People working on school improvement for secondary, special schools and PRUs.
  • Hayley Forest
    Hayley is a qualified primary school teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and an advanced diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN.) She has 20 years of experience in a variety of Early Years and Primary educational settings as a teacher, School SENCo, Inclusion Advisor and most recently Specialist Teacher. Hayley is TEACCH, SCERTS and Signalong trained and she is constantly updating her professional knowledge regarding current practice and research.
  • David Carden
    David has worked in education for 18 years, starting in Further Education before working in mainstream education for 12 years as a PE teacher, Head of Department, Assistant Head Teacher and Vice Principal; followed by a short period as a University Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University. David was appointed as a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) in December 2016, working to support other schools and institutions to improve the quality of their provision and outcomes as part of a national DfE initiative. David is currently a Headteacher and also a Trustee of the Attachment Research Community (ARC).
  • Jennifer Daly
    Jennifer is very experienced in education, specifically SEN, and is a co-founder and Director of CooperDaly Solutions and Support LLP. In 2008 she joined Autism Outreach Service for Medway. She qualified as a trained trainer for Team Teach in 1999. TEACCH trained (‘The Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped CHildren’) she provides training for teachers and parents, as well as administering the ADOS-2 assessment.
  • Alan Barham
    Alan is retired but likes to keep active in terms of work and keeping healthy, e.g. walking and cycling. He was headteacher of Sittingbourne Community College for 24 years. Currently, Chair of Sallygate Independent School Management Committee and a Governor of The North School and Dover Grammar School for Boys. His children, their partners, plus his six grandchildren keep him occupied and young at heart.
